MASS Gallery, Austin, TX: The blue ‘no input’ screen from a digital projector reflects off of a mylar screen at either end of a small constructed room. The sound of jet engines reverberates through 2 subwoofers, vibrating the mylar and producing an image of the material’s movement at either end of the space. An original 8-minute looping composition is designed to pan light and sound back and forth at intervals based on the length of the sound waves being played.
